How can i get a good investment property?
Firstly you must decide what would constitute a good investment in terms of your own personal investment strategy. You should take a look at what is on offer in our UK Investment Property and Overseas Investment Property sections of our site, and if there isn't anything you are interested in, don't hesitate to contact our office to discuss what your requirements are. We will then do our best to help you find something suitable for you and your personal requirements.
What's the best kind of investment property?
The answer to this is simple, it depends on you! whatever is best suited to you and your personal investment strategy is the best kind of investment property. If you are seriously considering investing in property please contact us at our office and we will be glad to discuss any questions and ideas you have.
What should I do if I see an investment property I like?
If you see an investment property listed on our site that suits you, the next step would be to get in contact with us by either using the form provided at the bottom of every investment property, or give us a call. Our office number is provided in the contact us section. We can not overemphasise the need for urgency when it comes to getting in touch with us to show an interest in an investment property, as a lot of our deals are so good they get snapped up as soon as they hit the site, some BEFORE they even make the site! Any investment property you would like can be reserved for you as soon as our finders fee and the reservation fee have been received by us.
What does "off plan" mean?
Off plan is simply a term used when talking about a property that hasn't been built/completed yet. The buyer/investor is buying off the architects plans - "Off Plan"
Can you provide me with financial advice too?
Financial advice is regulated by the Financial Services Authority (FSA) and so only qualified financial advisors are allowed to give financial advice. This is why Insight Property Investment does not advise anyone regarding any financial issues they may have, although occasionally we may be able to recommend a suitable financial advisor who would be glad to help you.
